Progress Toward Artificial Photosynthesis?

http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2007/03/070312152123.htm

Summary: The article started off talking about how scientists were trying to create artificial photosynthesis. Later on in the article the scientists present us with the way this occurs. The article explains how the scientist use many different catalysts to test their hypothesis's about the artificial photosynthesis.

Questions: What is the chemical equation for photosynthesis? CO2+H2O --> C6H12O6
What organelles are involved in this process? Chloraplasts
List three things you learned from this article in your own words. artificial photosynthesis is possible, it is a lot of work to produce the conclusions that they do, and it is impressive to see how many catalysts can be used in these experiments.
What impact would the absence of this process have on the biosphere? there would be an excess of carbon dioxide and that would eventually deplete the ozone, bring on global warming, and create a serious climate change.
